The 3-dimensional object has always been part of the creativity of Sophie Labayle.
Still a student at the Fine Arts in Paris, she started to design for
“La Compagnie du Jouet”, biggest French toy company at the moment.
She creates furniture for the rooms of her children and lightings for her Parisian apartments.
Arrived in the countryside, Sophie creates garden furniture lines
and decorative items to make space and decorate her big house,
and the Labayle & Mitchell Company for the diffusion.
Quickly spotted by Fermob and Le Cèdre Rouge Companies,
she develops during many years for these two brands multiple collections.
